This is the another game that’s included by Nintendo with their wii. Actually, it’s a collection of simple sport games with tennis, baseball, bowling, golf, and boxing. The games could be pretty short but each game is pretty entertaining. If you’re looking for more advanced games you should choose something else. Wii Sports uses common, relatable activities to provide an example of how to create a tactile experience on the Wii.
You’ve got a lot of secret features here and you could change several things in the game.
Ball color change – hold down the control pad until the ball color fades
Control Pad Up - Blue
Control Pad Right - Gold
Control Pad Down - Green
Control Pad Left - Red
New tennis court - press and hold (2) at the warning screen that shows after selecting characters
Golf without maps or meters - press and hold (2), then make a selection at the “Select a Course” screen.
Silver Boxing Gloves - beat the Grand Champion Matt and you’ll be able to wear silver boxing gloves. To do so, hold (1) when the screen becomes black before a boxing match.
Special Bowling Ball - Get to pro level
Scare Crowd in Bowling - To scare the crowd while bowling, start the regular motion for bowling and let go on the backswing. The ball will fly backwards and the crowd will scream and jump.
Knock down other players pins in bowling - aim your arrow to the very end of the lane, then move your character to the end aswell, you can throw the ball onto the other players lane, most likly it will go in their gutter, but if your talented enough, you can get it to knock down their pins. This even counts on your score!
91 Pin Strike in Power Bowling Training (only works on last round) – throw the ball on the right or left rail so that it stays on it the whole time. If it reaches the end without falling off, you will hear a “click” and an explosion. Then all the pins will fall down from the shockwave.
